Easter Ocean Reef 2011

We had another great Easter in OR.  Here are a few highlight photos.
OR had a "Brazilian Steak Night".  Here is a photo of Le's plate....
Here is a photo of Daniel's plate. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich...

Group photo.  Pretty snazzy group, right?

Sandy chartered a boat and captain and took the boys fishing.  I have NO IDEA WHY these photos are sideways but I'm tired of trying to get them straight!

We spent a lot of time just chillaxing.
This photo is out of order AND sideways!
Len and Jaye celebrated their fifteenth wedding anniversary while we were visiting.  What a handsome couple!
Grandpa made his world famous waffles!
 They are cute aren't they?
Daniel, the captain of his kayak.

BRING ON DA SUMMER!!!

It was 87 degrees yesterday!  Sandy and Le uncovered the pool.  It was green, murky, cold and nasty looking but that didn't stop Le and the neighborhood from swimming all afternoon long!

They didn't even act like it was cold!
Dan, who is SO my child.  "I'm not gettin' in that..."
Carol taking a leap of faith.

A Special Day At The Chace House

We are happy to announce that Le dedicated his heart to the Lord yesterday!  Le completed a ten week confirmation class then joined the church.  We are very proud of him.

The kids had to make a banner. Each fish had a childs name on it and were following Jesus.

Dan's First Lacrosse Game

Dan had his first lacrosse game a couple of weeks ago.  I took a few pictures but they didn't turn out great.  He had a blast.  It's nice to see him involved in a team sport.  By the way, they won.  Le had to miss his first game because he was at a mandatory confirmation retreat but I will post pictures of him playing lacrosse soon.

I'll Be Checking In To Detox Tomorow!

We had our 4th Annual Reef Cup Girls Club.  SO MUCH FUN!!!  We have a couple of new members this year.  Len and Jaye were so kind to let me stay at their house.  Thanks guys.  I had a great time with the girls and the in-laws.
"The wreck of the Barbara Fitzgerald"

Barbara deep sea diving.  You can't leave something like that laying around in a bar and expect it to just sit there!

On the last night I took Roseanne, Len and Jaye to the 9th Hole as a token thank you for a great weekend.
Everton got us out of our box this year.  He introduced us to VooDoo Buckets (seen above) and Reef 22's.  And of course there was the good ole Reef Cups.
The founding members of The Reef Cup Girls Club.  Check out low tide.  It was the day of the "super moon" so it was really LOW.

Feb. trip to the Farm

The boys and I took a road trip to TN to see everyone.  It was a quick trip but a lot of fun.  These are the photos at Vivi's house.  We spent the night there and it was warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

My Lack Of Christmas Photos/Daddy's toupee

I'm very late posting and it's been awhile I know but what can I say.  Life gets in the way of blogging sometimes doesn't it?

I didn't take any exciting photos over Christmas but there was one I HAD to post.  I have a Christmas tree which is nothing  but birds.  I have all of these cute feather wreaths hung on it also.  Daddy put it on his head as his "toupee".  It was hysterical.
